Easy to install (they even integrated a little bit carpenter's degree - how cute!). Holds a 50+" Plasma TV (heavy) without flinching. Question: Why must I pay over $100 for any of the others? Answer: I "SHOULDN'T"!!! It even came with an incorporated HDMI cable. This was oncen't marketed though, so I do now not know if everyone will get one (and I have no idea how well it works, as I already had my own).
