Pros:

1. Holds my 54" Plasma TV without a stress even thought ad says it's for 36" and 40" TVs.
2. Very contemporaryish.

4. Assembly (Took an hour or so by myself)

Cons:

1. Attracts mud and maybe visible relying on lighting and if you happen to get close enough to the stand. With general muding, shouldn't be an issue.
2. Can't preserve electronic components on both side with the doorways closed as a end result of overheating.
3. Legs are plastic and not steel as I althought it could be.

My Verdict: Excellent purchase as far as I'm concerned.

We wanted certain colors, height and width dimensions and likewise wanted to cover the complete lot in the again of glass doorways. This unit used to be PERFECT!

I had 2 considerations with this unit although.

1) My Harmony 880 Universal Remote (Buy one of these!!) wouldn't have the ability to penetrate the frosted glass.

2) Enclosing my components (most importantly the PS3 and receiver) in the back of doorways would lead to overheating.

I'm satisfied to report that none of my worrys came real. The Harmony works in the course of the frosted doors without hindrances.

I'm also satisfied to document that my parts will now not overheat. My last step within the building course of used to be to glue the againing subject matter to the unit. Before doing so I tried to wiggle the unit a bit bit and it was once rock solid. As a result I left the backing unit off so the complete thing is open within the again.

If I was inserting my TV on the stand then I more than likely would have put in the backing but on the grounds that I shouldn't have that weight I most certainly are not taking a look for the advertditional support.
