The mounting went very smooth with the exception of when it got here to mounting the TV to it. The screws provided weren't long sufficient for my TV. I had to purchase longer screws. Other then that I used to be more than pleased with the standard of the product. If you propose on mounting a 32" inch or smaller and you want to have the TV to be nearer to the ceiling you could have to shorten the submit as I did. I took about 8" of the publishs and drilled a brand new gap and now my TV hangs about 2" off the ceiling.
